Massimiliano Faralli was born and raised in Prato.
He has practiced photography as a professional for many years in the wedding and architecture.
Since 2017, attracted by new techniques, he has embarked on paths different photographic experiences that lead him to experiment with new visions. Find in “street photography” the ideal tool for his personal growth, a personal moment where he happily discovers himself among people.
He likes to photograph in open contexts, popular events, rallies, wherever look for creative ideas and stories of ordinary people to tell. Empathy is the emotion that drives much of his work, moves with the people that portrays, close to them, and enters the scene: it does not hide but interacts.
He holds his own Street Photography Workshop and collaborates with Photoclub e Cultural Associations for photography courses and street photography.
His works have had many awards, honorable mentions in Italy and abroad, they have been published in national and international journals and on various art and photography sites, exhibited in group and personal exhibitions in many cities and in the main photography festivals in Europe and around the world.
He has won important international competitions, among the main ones in 2022 the Overall Winner Urban at Trieste Photo Days, the Miami Street Photography Festival, the Fujifilm Moment Street Photo Awards.
For him, taking photography is being attracted by the energy of the moment, letting go load from the flow of that instant until you become an integral part of it.
